In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, just steps from Vannes and in the center of the regional natural park, ideally located at the entrance to the Rhuys peninsula, discover our holiday apartment with stunning views of Lake Noyalo! This bright 50 m² apartment, located on the upper floor of the property, offers all modern comforts. There is a living area with a kitchenette, dining space, and rattan sofa, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and another room with a convertible sofa bed. The apartment has two toilets and two bathrooms. All rooms open onto wooden terraces of about 30 m², facing the lake or the pool. You will have high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided for your arrival) and a classic coffee maker with A4 filters are available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. However, linen rental is possible on request and available for an extra fee. You can stroll through the nearly 7,000 m² park overlooking the lake and relax, read, or fish from the dock at the bottom of the garden. A fishing permit is required. A heated outdoor pool is available from May to September, shared with guests of the other apartment and the owners. Nearby bakeries and restaurants. Parking is available on the property and there is a shared bike storage room. For hikers, the GR34 trail passes by the property. Located upstairs, the apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom with a large shower (1m x 1m), and a separate toilet. The BZ sofa in the living room can also be used as an extra bed. You’ll find a Senséo coffee machine and a classic coffee maker with A4 filters. We recommend bringing your own bed linen and towels, but rental is available on request for an extra fee. A 15 m² wooden terrace overlooking the lake lets you enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The nearly 7,000 m² park is perfect for relaxing, and a private dock at the bottom of the garden offers a special spot to unwind, read, eat, or fish in complete privacy. A heated outdoor pool (10 x 4 m, 26°C from May to September) is available and shared with guests of the other cottage. Parking is available on the property and there is a bike storage room. Within 300 m, you’ll find two bakeries (one organic), a gourmet restaurant, and a pizzeria/brasserie. The nearest supermarket is in Theix, 3 km away. Atlantic beaches are 15 km away (Damgan, Pénerf, Landrezac). Vannes is 9 km, Arzon 23 km. Discover the many islands of the gulf (Arz, Île aux Moines), charming towns (Josselin, La Gacilly), and the Château de Suscinio. For walkers, the GR34 is on your doorstep. If you prefer cycling, the Gulf of Morbihan offers 200 km of bike paths.
