In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, just minutes from Vannes and at the entrance to the Rhuys peninsula, our bright 50 m² apartment offers a breathtaking view of Lake Noyalo. Located on the upper floor, it features a living area with kitchenette, dining space, and rattan sofa, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second room with a convertible sofa bed. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. All rooms open onto wooden terraces (about 30 m²) overlooking the lake or the pool. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided for your arrival) and a classic coffee maker with A4 filters are available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, but linen rental is available on request for an extra fee. You can stroll through the 7,000 m² park by the lake or relax on the private dock to read, fish, or enjoy your catch. A fishing permit is required. The heated outdoor pool is open from May to September and is shared with guests of the other apartment and the owners. Nearby, you’ll find two bakeries (one organic), a gourmet restaurant, and a pizzeria/brasserie. Parking is available on the property, and a shared bike storage room is at your disposal. The GR34 hiking trail passes right by the property, and there are 200 km of bike paths in the Gulf of Morbihan. Located on the upper floor, the apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom with a spacious shower (1m x 1m), and a separate toilet. The BZ sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed. You will find a Senséo coffee machine and a classic coffee maker (A4 filters). Please bring your own bed linen and towels; rental is available on request for an extra fee. A 15 m² wooden terrace overlooks the lake, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The nearly 7,000 m² park invites you to unwind, and a private dock at the bottom of the garden provides a special spot to relax, read, dine, or fish in privacy. The outdoor heated pool (10 x 4 m, 26°C from May to September) is shared with guests from the other cottage. Parking is available on the property, and there is secure bike storage. Within 300 m, you will find two bakeries (one organic), a gourmet restaurant, and a pizzeria/brasserie. The nearest supermarket is in Theix, 3 km away. Atlantic beaches are 15 km away (Damgan, Pénerf, Landrezac). Vannes is 9 km and Arzon 23 km. Explore the Gulf’s islands (Arz, Île aux Moines), charming towns (Josselin, La Gacilly), and Suscinio Castle. Hiking trails (GR34) are at your doorstep. For cyclists, the Gulf of Morbihan offers 200 km of bike paths.
